She was born in 1975 in Tekirdağ. After completing her primary and secondary education in Tekirdağ and her high school education in Istanbul, she graduated from Marmara University Vocational School in 1996 and from Atatürk University Faculty of Health Sciences in 2011. In 2014, she earned a degree in Public Administration from Anadolu University Faculty of Economics, and in 2023, she completed her Master’s Program in Health Institutions Management at Esenyurt University.
Before beginning her career as a public healthcare professional, she gained experience working in neonatal and neonatal intensive care units in private hospitals. In 1998, she started working at the Emergency Department of Istanbul Training and Research Hospital. As of 2002, she continued her career in the hospital’s Hemodialysis Unit, where she served as Nurse Manager until 2019.
She started working at the UMKE (National Medical Rescue Team) Training Unit under the umbrella of Disaster Health Services, where she volunteered in 2008 and continues to support training processes today. In 2019, she was assigned to the Disaster Health Services Unit of the Istanbul Health Directorate on a temporary assignment due to the Ministry of Health's World Health Organization (WHO) "Emergency Medical Teams (EMT) Verification."
In 2020, she took part in the establishment and operational launch of Başakşehir Çam and Sakura City Hospital in Istanbul, and that same year, she was appointed Deputy Director of Health Care Services at the City Hospital. She completed the Ministry of Health's "Healthcare Quality Standards Assessor Certificate Program" and joined the Ministry of Health's SKS (Healthcare Quality Standard) Assessor Team. Since January 2023, she has served as Director of Health Care Services at the Cardiovascular Hospital within Başakşehir Çam and Sakura City Hospital. |
