Physical Characteristics
Başakşehir Çam and Sakura City Hospital, Mental Health and Disorders Hospital, covers an area of 32,000 square meters and consists of two floors: the basement floor houses the electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) center, while the ground floor houses outpatient clinics, the emergency unit, and inpatient services. There are 8 clinics in total, with 4 clinics on each floor where inpatient clinics are located. Each clinic has 16 patient rooms, which are single rooms, and the Mental Health Hospital has a total capacity of 128 inpatients, including 8 rooms for disabled patients. Each room is 24 square meters in size and has a sink and bathroom for patient use.
Each floor has a workshop section for the rehabilitation of inpatients. The rehabilitation rooms, designed for shared use by every 4 clinics, consist of 5 workshops: a music workshop, a kitchen workshop, a gardening workshop, a sports workshop, and an art workshop.
General psychiatry outpatient clinics are located on the ground floor of the Mental Health and Disorders Hospital. In general psychiatry outpatient clinics, comprehensive assessments are conducted for all types of psychiatric problems in patients aged 18 and over, and treatment and follow-up plans are created. There is a blood and urine collection area in the outpatient clinic areas where patients' blood and urine samples can be taken.
Appointments for examination at our General Psychiatry Outpatient Clinics can be made through the Central Hospital Appointment System (MHRS) at 182, with appointments available at 20-minute intervals.

Specialized Services
After being evaluated at our General Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic, patients may be referred to the department secretary by a specialist physician for an appointment at our Specialized Outpatient Clinics, if deemed appropriate. Our Specialized Outpatient Clinics offer patient-specific psychotherapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Brief Psychotherapies.
