- All boards, councils, and committees are responsible for conducting their work in accordance with the quality management system implemented at the hospital and the Ministry of Health's “Quality Standards in Healthcare” and “On-Site Efficiency Assessment Guide.”
- At least 60% of members must be present for meetings to be held.
- All boards, councils, and committees may meet as needed, in addition to their regular meeting frequency.
- All boards, councils, and committees must work in cooperation with other committees and boards.
- The decisions of the previous meeting must be reviewed at each meeting.
- All boards, councils, and committees should consist of a chairperson, a secretary, and members.
- The meeting secretary is responsible for tracking and updating the assignments of all boards, councils, and committees for the relevant year.
- The meeting secretary is responsible for announcing the meeting, providing information about the agenda, writing the meeting minutes, and following up on decisions.
- Meeting announcements must be made prior to the meeting, informing individuals of at least the following information: the meeting manager and participants, the meeting agenda and duration, and the meeting location and time.
- The meeting folder created by the meeting secretary must regularly contain the wet-signed copies of the assignments made for the relevant year, meeting announcements, meeting decisions, and, if any, attachments to the meeting decisions and corrective and preventive action reports.
- Wet-signed scanned copies of all assignments and meeting minutes must be submitted to the Quality and Efficiency Unit within 5 business days at the latest.
- All assignments for new committees, councils, and boards for the new year must be completed by the last business day of March each year.
- All committees, councils, and boards followed and assigned within our institution are specified in the “Quality and Efficiency Management Plan” with their respective periods.
- As a result of the appointments made, the “Board, Council, and Committee List” is created by the Quality and Productivity Unit, specifying the chairperson, secretary, and members, and is kept up-to-date in the documentation system.
