As an institution and its employees, we strictly adhere to the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law dated 24/03/2016 and numbered 6698, and the Regulation on the Processing of Personal Health Data and Ensuring Privacy dated 20.10.2016 and numbered 29863.
Our most important personal information is our password. Based on this reality, all our employees are automatically reminded once a month that passwords must be changed in the Software and Hardware systems we use within our Institution.
Our employees who receive this reminder are required to change their personal passwords used within our Institution as soon as possible.
